8 oz. pkg. cream cheese (room temperature) 1 c. or 4 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese 2 tsp. chopped pimiento 2 tsp. chopped green pepper 2 tsp. chopped onion 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce Dash of red pepper and salt 1/2 c. chopped pecans Mix everything except pecans together. Place pecans on strip of wax paper and distribute cheese mixture on top. Roll cheese mixture up in pecans coating all sides and ends. Place in refrigerator for 2 hours before serving. |
