MARSHMALLOW CREAM FUDGE | |
1 lg. bag mini marshmallows 1 1/2 c. sugar 2/3 c. Carnation milk 1/2 c. nuts 1/4 c. butter 1/4 tsp. salt 12 oz. bag chocolate chips 1 tsp. vanilla Combine marshmallows, sugar, butter, Carnation milk and salt. Bring to full boil, stirring constantly over moderate heat. Boil 5 minutes, remove from heat. Add semi-sweet chocolate chips. Stir until melted. Stir in nuts and vanilla. Pour into greased 8" square pan. Chill until firm. Makes 2 1/4 pounds. |
