PEANUTS AND PEAS SALAD 
1 lb. frozen petite peas
1/4 c. mayonnaise
2 tsp. Dijon mustard
1 1/2 c. sliced celery
1/2 c. Spanish peanuts

Rinse peas under water. Drain well in colander. Add all ingredients the day before. Add peanuts right before serving.
