PEAS AND PEANUTS SALAD 
1 (1 lb.) bag frozen peas
1 (12 oz.) jar peanuts
1 c. sour cream
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. (dry) HIDDEN VALLEY® Ranch Dressing Mix

Thaw peas; do not cook. Mix sour cream, mayonnaise, Ranch Dressing together and add to the peas and peanuts. Put in refrigerator for several hours or overnight to blend the flavors.

May use dry roasted or regular skinless peanuts. (I use the skinless peanuts.) Very good and quite different.
