PEAS AND PEANUTS SALAD 
1 lb. fresh peas or thawed frozen
1/4 c. sour cream
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. lemon juice
1/8 tsp. garlic powder or juice or to taste
1 lb. Spanish peanuts or less

Mix sour cream, mayonnaise, lemon juice, and garlic. Add to thawed peas and peanuts. Refrigerate. Recipe can be halved or doubled; peas may be cooked until just fork tender, if you prefer.
