2 egg whites (beat until stiff)
1 c. of brown sugar
2 c. of pecans

Add brown sugar to egg whites. Beat until creamy. Then add pecans to mixture. Stir until well covered. Grease cookie sheet. Drop on cookie sheet by spoonfuls.

Bake at 350 degrees for about 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown.
