FROZEN FRUIT SALAD 
1/2 c. Royal Anne cherries, drained and cut in half
1/2 c. Bing cherries, drained and cut in half
1/2 c. pears, drained and diced
1/2 c. marshmallows
1 c. whipping cream
1/2 c. old fashioned boiled dressing made with juice from pineapple instead
of vinegar
1/8 c. powdered sugar
1/4 tsp. grated lemon rind
1/2 c. pineapple, drained and dried (chunks or tidbits)

Mix sugar, dressing and lemon rind until sugar is dissolved. Fold in whipped cream, fruit and marshmallows. Put in mold and freeze. Makes 8 servings.
