FROZEN FRUIT SALAD 
1 lg. can sliced pineapple, chopped
1 sm. can apricots, chopped
1 sm. can peaches, chopped
1 sm. can pears, chopped
1 sm. bottle red cherries, chopped
1 sm. bottle green cherries, chopped
1 sm. pkg. miniature marshmallows
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 pt. whipping cream
1/2 pt. mayonnaise
1 (4 oz.) cream cheese
1/2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 1/2 pkg. Knox gelatin

Heat pineapple and apricot juice to boiling with sugar. Dissolve gelatin with 1/4 cup water or juice and add marshmallows while hot, but not too hot. Let cool. Add lemon juice, fruits, mayonnaise and cream cheese; chill. Whip cream and fold into chilled mixture. Put into fruit mold, then into freezer. Serve when frozen.
