FROZEN FRUIT SALAD 
1 pkg. (3 oz.) jello (lemon, strawberry, mixed fruit)
1 c. boiling water
1 can pineapple tidbits
1/4 c. lemon juice
1/3 c. mayonnaise
1 c. Cool Whip
Can use any canned fruits, drained: Use a total of about 2 c.
Nuts can also be added

Dissolve jello in boiling water. Drain tidbits; measure syrup, add water to make 1/2 cup, if necessary. Stir into gelatin with lemon juice. Blend in mayonnaise.

Chill until very thick. Fold Cool Whip and fruits into jello. Pour into 2 freezing trays or 9 x 5 x 3 loaf pan. Freeze until firm. (3 or 4 hours) Cut into squares.

Can be a salad or dessert.
