1 sm. pkg. orange or lemon Jello
1 c. boiling water
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese
1 c. fruit juice from drained fruit
1 can fruit cocktail, drained
1 can mandarin oranges, drained
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
1 c. marshmallows (optional)
1/4 c. mayonnaise

Dissolve Jello in boiling water. Stir in rest of ingredients. Freeze.
