CANNED APPLE PIE FILLING 
5 quarts apples
9 1/2 cups water
1 1/4 tsp. lemon juice
5 cups sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 1/2 cups Clear Jell

Mix dry ingredients. Pour into water. Slowly bring to a boil. Pour over apples. Put in jars. Pressure at 5 pounds pressure 3 minutes or according to apple toughness.
