FRESH VEGETABLE MARINATE 
1 head cauliflower
1 bunch broccoli (fresh)
4 stalks celery
2 green peppers
2 sm. onions
1 pkg. radishes
4 to 5 carrots
1 to 2 cucumbers

DRESSING:

1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 c. sugar
2 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. vinegar
2 tbsp. poppy seed

Slice and chop vegetables into bite size pieces and set aside. Dressing: Toss together and mix well. Pour over vegetable and mix until all vegetables are coated with dressing. Chill at least 5 hours or overnight.
