FRESH VEGETABLE MARINATE 
4 stalks fresh broccoli
4 lg. fresh mushrooms
1 med. green pepper
3 stalks celery
1 sm. cauliflower, broken in flowerets
1 sm. onion, grated
1 c. sugar
2 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. vinegar
1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
2 tbsp. poppy seeds

Cut broccoli into bite size pieces, slice mushrooms and green pepper to suit. Break cauliflower and slice celery. Combine all vegetables and toss lightly.

Combine marinade ingredients in separate bowl. Mix well and pour over vegetables. Chill at least three hours.
