FRESH VEGETABLE MIX 
1/2 lb. (4 lg.) carrots, cut in match-tick strips
1/2 lb. green beans, 1 inch lengths
1/4 lb. mushrooms, sliced
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. thyme leaves
3 tbsp. butter

In a 2-quart pan over medium heat, place all ingredients. Cover and cook 15 minutes or until tender-crisp. Stir occasionally.
