HAM CASSEROLE | |
1 med. pkg. noodles 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1/2 c. milk 1 tsp. minced onion or fresh chopped onion 1 tbsp. prepared mustard 1 c. sour cream 3 c. cooked ham, cut in 1" pieces 1/4 c. dry bread crumbs 1 1/2 tbsp. melted butter 1 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese Cook noodles according to package directions. Blend soup and milk until smooth. Add onion, mustard, sour cream and ham; blend well. Stir in well drained noodles. Pour into a greased 1 1/2 quart casserole. Top with blended bread crumbs, butter and cheese. Bake, uncovered in a 325 degree oven for 30 minutes. Serves 4 to 6. |
