RANCH HAM CASSEROLE 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. noodles
1 c. ham, cooked and cubed
1 sm. can tomato sauce
1 sm. can sliced mushrooms and juice
1 onion, chopped
1 bell pepper, chopped
1 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
1 tsp. salt
1/3 to 1/2 c. milk salsa or picante sauce
1/4 tsp. curry powder

Saute onion and green pepper in 2 tablespoons butter. Cook noodles per directions and drain. In bowl, combine noodles, ham, tomato sauce, mushrooms and juice, salt, salsa, curry powder, onion and green pepper. Spoon into large, buttered casserole dish and top with Cheddar cheese. Bake at 350 degrees just until cheese is melted and casserole is hot (approximately 15 to 20 minutes). Allow to stand for 5 minutes before serving.

Note: Cooked, boned and cubed chicken breasts may be substituted for ham.
