CHOCOLATE ROLL 
4 oz. semi sweet chocolate
2 tsp. butter
1 egg, beaten
1 c. icing sugar
1 c. small colored marshmallows
24 lg. marshmallows (cut in 4 pieces)
1 pkg. coconut

Combine chocolate and butter in double boiler until melted. Remove from heat. Add beaten egg, icing sugar and marshmallows. Spread coconut on wax paper; pour half of mixture in coconut and roll; repeat with other half. Place in refrigerator to cool; slice and serve.
