CHOCOLATE TOPPED OATMEAL BARS 
1 pkg. Pillsbury coconut almond or coconut pecan frosting mix
3 c. (quick) rolled oats
1 c. shortening or butter, soft
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. semi-sweet chocolate pieces
3/4 c. peanut butter

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In large bowl blend first 4 ingredients on low speed until crumbly. Press into 13 x 9 inch pan (ungreased). Bake 15 to 20 minutes until light golden brown.

In small saucepan combine chocolate pieces and peanut butter. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly until chocolate pieces are melted. Spread over bars. Chill. Cut into bars. Refrigerate. Yield: 2 to 3 dozen.
