RICH AND EASY CHOCOLATE TOPPING 
1/3 c. Hershey's cocoa
1 c. sugar
3/4 c. evaporated milk
1/4 c. butter
1/8 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Combine cocoa and sugar in small saucepan; blend in evaporated milk. Add butter and salt. Cook and stir constantly until mixture just begins to boil. Remove from heat; add vanilla. Serve warm over rice cream or other dessert. Makes about 2 cups sauce.
