CHOCOLATE SNOW TOP COOKIES 
2 oz. unsweetened chocolate
1/2 c. butter
1 2/3 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. milk
3/4 c. chopped nuts
1/2 c. confectioners' sugar

Melt chocolate; cool. Cream butter, sugar and vanilla together. Beat eggs, then chocolate. Add dry ingredients alternately with milk. Add nuts. Chill 2 hours or longer. Form into 1" balls. Roll in confectioners' sugar. Place on greased baking sheet, 2" to 3" apart. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Makes 4 dozen cookies.
