SNOW CAP COOKIES 
1/2 c. vegetable oil
3/4 c. + 2 tbsp. cocoa
2 c. granulated sugar
4 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
2 1/3 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. powdered sugar
1/2 - 1 c. powdered sugar (extra)

In mixer, blend oil, cocoa and sugar until creamy. Add eggs slowly and mix well between additions. Add vanilla and mix. Add all dry ingredients and mix well. Chill overnight.

Drop teaspoonsful of dough into extra powdered sugar and roll into a ball. Place on greased sheet pan 2 inches apart. Bake at 350 degrees for about 10-12 minutes. DO NOT OVERBAKE.
