4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cream of tartar
1 c. corn oil
1 c. butter
1 c. sugar
1 c. powdered sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix flour, soda, salt, and cream of tartar together. Add remaining ingredients and beat until well mixed. Form into balls and put on lightly greased cookie sheet. Press down with glass dipped in sugar and cinnamon. Bake at 350 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes and cool slightly before removing from sheet. Makes about 50 cookies.
