CHOCOLATE GRANOLA CANDY | |
6 tbsp. butter 4 tbsp. cocoa 1 c. sugar 1/2 c. milk 3 c. quick-cooking rolled oats 1 1/2 c. flaked coconut 1 c. raisins 3/4 c. chopped walnuts Melt butter in a large saucepan. Stir in cocoa. Add sugar and milk and bring to a rapid boil, stirring often. Boil 2 minutes. Remove from heat. Combine rolled oats, coconut, raisins, and nuts in large bowl and pour your chocolate mixture over all; mix well. Drop by rounded tablespoons onto waxed paper. Chill and store in the refrigerator. Makes approximately 36 pieces. |
