RHUBARB KUCHEN 
DOUGH:

1 c. flour
1/2 c. butter
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. milk
Salt (pinch)

KUCHEN:

3 c. raw rhubarb
1 (3 oz.) pkg. red jello
2 tbsp. flour
1/4 c. sugar

STREUSEL:

1 c. sugar
1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Mix all dough ingredients together and put in a 7x11 pan. Then put 3 cups raw rhubarb on top of dough. Mix the one package red jello with 2 tablespoon flour and sugar and pour over rhubarb. Put the streusel mixture over top. Bake at 375°F for 35 minutes.
