RHUBARB JELLY 
large bunch rhubarb, cut into pieces
1 box fruit pectin
4 1/2 cups sugar

Cut large bunch of rhubarb into pieces then grind up in food grinder. Place in jelly bag or several thicknesses of cheese cloth and squeeze out juice until you have 3 1/2 cups juice.

Add 1 box fruit pectin and bring to a boil.

Add 4 1/2 cups sugar. Bring to a full boil stirring constantly. Boil for 2 or 3 minutes. Put in jars and seal.
