SOUR CREAM POTATOES 
8 to 10 boiled potatoes, drained and mashed
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. sour cream
Parsley flakes and garlic to taste
Salt and pepper to taste
Milk

Combine all ingredients; whip. Place in baking dish and refrigerate until needed (may be made several days in advance). Dot with butter and sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes (if it's been refrigerated, start the baking process with dish covered and allow a little extra time).
