2 c. cooked mashed sweet potatoes
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1/2 tsp. ginger
1 tbsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 9" unbaked pastry shell

In large bowl combine sweet potatoes, milk, eggs, salt and spices. Pour in pastry shell and bake 15 minutes at 425 degrees. Reduce oven to 350 degrees and continue for 25-30 minutes.
