SWEET SUE'S SOUR CREAM POTATOES 
10 white rose potatoes
1 pt. cottage cheese (sm. curd)
1 pt. sour cream
6 green onion tops, chopped
3/4 c. grated tillamook or Cheddar cheese
1/4 c. butter
Paprika
1 tsp. seasoned salt

Pare and cube 1/2 inch potatoes and boil until just tender, do not over cook. Drain thoroughly. Add butter, pepper and seasoned salt. Cool slightly (5 minutes). Carefully toss with cottage cheese, sour cream and green onion tops.

Pour into greased casserole dish. Top with grated cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes (uncovered). Serves 12.
