CARROT AND APPLE DISH 
5 carrots
Crisco
1/2 tbsp. salt
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 can apple pie filling

Cook carrots until tender. Season with Crisco and salt. Mix carrots, drained, sugar, cinnamon and apple pie filling.

Bake 1 hour at 350°F.
