DEE'S GREEN BEAN CASSEROLE | |
Always a favorite during the holidays! 2 cans green beans 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 large can French fried onions 1 bag Velveeta chunked cheese Open and drain green beans. In a blender, puree cream of mushroom soup. In a casserole dish: Add drained green beans, pour cream of mushroom soup and the Velveeta cheese chunks. Stir to mix all ingredients. Bake in oven at 325°F until cheese is melted. Add the French fried onions to the top of green bean mixture and brown. Enjoy!! Variations: You can add the onions to the center or pour them around the edges or spread them over the entire mixture. I like them kinda crushed and kinda whole, the mixture of the two is unbeatable!! Submitted by: Dee |
