3 (12 oz.) bags raw peanuts 2 c. sugar 1 c. water 1 tsp. salt Combine and stir over medium heat until liquid is evaporated. Nuts will be grainy but no moisture bubbling. Pour onto cookie sheet and bake at 300 degrees for 45 minutes. Stir and add salt with shaker every 15 minutes. Cool and store in air tight container. |
