CHILI 
1 lb. boneless pork, cut into 1" cubes
1 lb. ground beef
1 med. onion, chopped or 1/2 bag frozen chopped onions
2 med. chopped green bell peppers or 1 pkg. frozen chopped green peppers
1 lg. clove garlic, minced
2 tbsp. cooking oil
2 tbsp. all purpose flour
3 cans crushed tomatoes
1 lg. can kidney beans
1 (8 oz.) tomato sauce
4 tbsp. chili powder
2 tbsp. ground cumin
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. black pepper
2 c. shredded cheddar cheese

Put oil in pot. Brown pork and beef, add onion, peppers and garlic. Then stir in flour. Add remaining ingredients except cheddar cheese. Simmer 1 hour. Top with cheddar cheese in bowls and put in microwave to melt cheese then serve. Serve with nacho chips.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
