PORK CHILI TOSTADOS 
Boil or bake 1 1/2 pounds pork for 2 1/2 hours.

MIXTURE:

2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
2 cans diced green chiles (for spicier, use 4 cans)
Tabasco
1/2 tsp. garlic
1 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. minced onions
2 c. shredded American or Cheddar cheese
12 flour taco shells
1/2 head lettuce

Shred pork after thoroughly cooked, add all other ingredients, simmer for 1/2 hour. Fry flour, taco shells, top with shredded cheese and shredded lettuce and pork chili mixture. Serves 6.
