ONE POT EASY PORK CHOPS
My family and guests LOVE this! This is SO easy! My husband says this is the BEST way he's EVER had pork chops. Definitely a hit.

2 (10 oz. ea.) cans cream of mushroom soup
2 cups ketchup
2 or 3 tbsp. steak sauce
1/2 cup chopped onion
6 to 8 pork chops
4 or 5 potatoes, peeled and cut into quarters
1/2 lb. uncooked bacon (about 8 strips)
salt and pepper, to taste

Mix the mushroom soup, ketchup, steak sauce and onion. Set aside.

Lay pork chops in pan, arrange potatoes around the edge, salt and pepper if desired, lay strips of bacon over chops and potatoes, cover with sauce and bake for 1 1/2 hours at 350°F.

Note: This recipe originally called for Worcestershire sauce, but I substituted Heinz 57 since I didn't have the Worcestershire on hand. It was so good, I never tried it with Worcestershire. I've left out the onion by accident, and it is just fine. I added the bacon and it is good with or without. The potatoes come out perfect. Enjoy!

I would like to try this - but cut recipe in half. Would I still use the 1 1/2 hour - baking time? I know with pork you need to be sure... but am totally unsure - since I will be cutting amounts... Thanks.
