NO CRUST COCONUT PIE 
1/2 c. biscuit mix
1/2 c. sugar
4 eggs
2 c. milk
1 can Angel Flake coconut (3 1/2 oz.)
1 tsp. vanilla
3 tbsp. butter

Mix all ingredients in a blender or mixer. Pour into a greased 9 inch pie plate. Bake at 400 degrees for about 25 minutes or until crust is set. Serve cold.
