SELF-CRUST COCONUT PIE 
2 c. milk
4 eggs
1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. coconut
3/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. butter, very soft

Put all ingredients into a blender. Turn blender on for 20 seconds. Pour ingredients into a well buttered deep dish 9 inch pie tin. Bake 40-50 minutes at 350 degrees or until knife comes out clean.
