CREATES-ITS-OWN CRUST COCONUT

1/4 c. butter
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/4 c. self-rising flour
1 c. flaked coconut

Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Add milk and flour, blending well. Add coconut. Pour into a lightly greased 9 inch pie plate. Bake at 350 degrees until set, about 45 minutes.
