SELF-CRUST COCONUT PIE 
4 eggs
1 3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. self rising flour
2 c. milk
1/2 stick butter (1/8 lb.)
7 oz. coconut
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix ingredients and pour into 2 (8 inch) pie pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
