COCONUT PIE (FORMS ON CRUST) 
4 large eggs
1 3/4 cups sugar
1/2 self-rising flour
2 cups of sweet milk
1/2 stick butter, melted
7 ounces coconut
1 tsp. vanilla extract

Mix all ingredients. Grease 2 pie pans and pour ingredients equally into them.

Bake at 350°F for 30-40 minutes or until brown. Middle will firm after it is cooked.
