COCONUT PIE - MAKES ITS OWN
CRUST
 
2 1/2 c. butter
2 1/2 lb. (10 c.) sugar
20 eggs
2 1/2 qts. milk
2 1/2 c. self-rising flour
2 (3 oz.) pkgs. flaked coconut

Cream butter and sugar. Add 1 egg at a time, mixing well after each addition. Add milk and flour. Blend well. Add coconut.

Pour into lightly greased pie tins. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until set. Makes 10 (10 inch) pies, 8 slices per pie - 80 servings.
