NO CRUST COCONUT PIE 
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 lg. can evaporated milk
3/4 stick butter, melted
3 tbsp. self-rising flour
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. coconut

Mix flour and sugar; add eggs, milk, melted butter, vanilla and coconut. Bake 30 minutes in greased deep oven glass pie pan at 350 degrees.
