NO CRUST COCONUT PIE 
5 eggs
2 tbsp. flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
3/4 stick butter
1 tall can evaporated milk
1 small can coconut
1 tsp. vanilla or substitute lemon for vanilla

Beat the eggs slightly. Mix together the flour and sugar. Add to eggs. Add butter, milk, coconut and vanilla. Coat pie plate with butter. Pour in ingredients and bake at 375°F for 35 minutes.
