BLENDER PIE - NO CRUST - COCONUT
CUSTARD
 
4 eggs
2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 c. flour
1 pinch salt
1/2 c. butter
2/3 c. sugar
1 c. flaked coconut
1 tsp. baking powder

Put all ingredients into blender container. Blend 5 minutes. Pour into greased pie plate. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 - 40 minutes or until golden brown. Serves 6-8. Enjoy!
