NO CRUST COCONUT PIE 
2 eggs
3/4 c. sugar
1 c. milk
1 (3 1/2 oz.) can flaked coconut
1/4 c. flour
1/4 c. butter, melted
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt

With an electric mixer, beat the eggs until light and fluffy. Stir in remaining ingredients and pour into a buttered and floured pie pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. The pie will form its own crust.
