3 eggs
1 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. flour
1 c. white sugar
1 c. brown sugar
1 tbsp. coconut flavoring
2 1/2 c. sweet potatoes, cooked and mashed

Combine all ingredients. Prebake pie crusts 5 minutes. Add mixed ingredients to pie shells and cook about 30 minutes or until done.

Makes 2 pies.
