4 egg whites
3/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. fresh orange juice
1/2 tsp. orange rind
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp. ground allspice
1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
1/2 c. skim milk
2 tbsp. melted butter
Dash of salt
2 c. cooked mashed sweet potatoes
1 unbaked 9 inch pie shell

Beat egg whites well. Add sugar, orange juice, orange rind, spices, butter and salt. Mix thoroughly. Add milk and stir. Add mashed sweet potatoes and mix thoroughly. Turn into pie shell and bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 1 hour or until firm.
