CHICKEN POT PIE 
Stewing hen, cooked and salted
1 c. potatoes, diced and boiled
1 pkg. frozen peas and carrots
4 tbsp. onion, diced

WHITE SAUCE:

6 tbsp. butter
8 tbsp. flour
4 c. chicken stock
1 tbsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
Pie crust

Bone the chicken. Make recipe of your favorite pie crust. Roll out crust. Put chicken pieces over crust. Sprinkle diced onion over chicken. Add the peas, carrots, and potatoes. Pour white sauce over all. Place top crust on. Bake at 425 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
