PEAR SALAD 
1 lg. can pears (halves)
1/2 head lettuce, broken into pieces
6-7 tbsp. peanut butter
1 bottle sweet and sour dressing or French

Drain pear halves. Set aside. Place lettuce on salad plates (individual). Set 1 pear (large) half (or 2 sm.) on top of each individual lettuce plate. Spoon 1 large tablespoon peanut butter on top of pear. Pour on 2 tablespoons salad dressing on top of pear with peanut butter or let each person pour on his or her own dressing. You can serve this salad before main course or as a dessert. 6-7 servings.
