HUMMUS 
19 oz. can chickpeas
1/4 c. parsley, chopped
1/4 c. green onion, chopped
2 cloves minced garlic
2 tbsp. olive oil
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
3-4 tbsp. lemon juice
4 tbsp. yogurt

Put all ingredients, except chickpeas, in a blender and blend them together. Add chickpeas a few at a time and blend until smooth.

Makes about 2 cups.
