PORK CHOP AND RICE CASSEROLE 
4 pork chops
1 c. instant rice
1 soup can water
2 cans cream of mushroom soup

Cook chops slowly in skillet for 15 minutes; place in large casserole. Sprinkle rice over meat. Mix water and mushroom soup; pour over rice. Cover; bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Yield: 4 servings.
